1. Hacia el vacío

Dentro del vacío que pesa
más que el universo
comienza otro universo
más pequeño que el anterior.

Comienza a achicarse
más que el anterior.
Dimensiones
que no existen aún.

Amigo mío, la oscuridad
en la que la semilla
de todas las once dimensiones
es plantada es pequeña.

Viaja de regreso conmigo
antes de crecer a más.
La campaña de la iglesia tañe,
lo que indica que es mediodía.

Algunos juegan a la rayuela
o saltan a la soga durante el recreo,
y otros se mecen en hamacas,
y los subibajas se balancean.

Que ella es tímida,
lo que significa que debe ser mayo,
se convierte en nieve virginal
y camina con sus mitones de regreso a casa con amigos que ríen.

Y los pajaritos cantan,
y el silencio repentino,
y las cortinas se inflan,
y el trueno primavera es lo que sigue-

Y la avalancha de frescura,
y el ataque de epilepsia que echa espuma.
El universo no existe
antes de suceder.

1. Into the Emptiness

Into the emptiness that weighs
More than the universe
Another universe begins
Smaller than the last.

Begin to smaller
Than the last.
Dimensions
Do not yet exist.

My friend, the darkness
Into which the seed
Of all eleven dimensions
Is planted is small.

Travel with me back
Before it grows to more.
The church bell bongs,
Which means it must be noon.

Some are playing hopscotch
Or skipping rope during recess,
And some are swinging on swings,
Ans seesaws are seesawing.

That she is shy
Which means it must be May,
Turns into virgin snow
And walking mittened home with laughing friends.

And the small birds singing,
And the sudden silence.
And the curtains billow,
And the spring thunder will follow-

And the rush of freshness,
And the epileptic fit that foams.
The universe does not exist
Before it does.
